قضت محكمة الجنايات في الكويت بإيداع الفنانة ⁧‫شجون‬⁩ الهاجري في مركز التأهيل للعلاج من الإدمان لمدة لا تزيد على سنة.

وكانت وزارة الداخلية الكويتية أعلنت شهر يونيو الماضي القبض على الفنانة الشهيرة وبحوزتها مواد مخدرة ومؤثرات عقلية، ونشرت صورة المتهمة إلى جانب المضبوطات.

ضجة واسعة في «التواصل»

وأثار توقيف الفنانة الكويتية شجون الهاجري ضجة واسعة في الأوساط الإعلامية ومواقع التواصل.

وجاءت عملية التوقيف ضمن حملة أمنية واسعة نفذتها الإدارة العامة لمكافحة المخدرات بالكويت، والتي أكدت في بيانها أنها رصدت المتهمة بعد تحريات دقيقة، وضبطتها وبحوزتها مواد من نوعي «الماريجوانا» و«الكوكايين»، إلى جانب مؤثرات عقلية.

إخلاء سبيلها بكفالة قدرها 200 دينار

وبعد أيام من القبض عليها، قررت النيابة العامة في دولة الكويت، إخلاء سبيل الهاجري بكفالة مالية قدرها 200 دينار، ووجهت بوضعها تحت الإشراف الطبي من أجل العلاج والتعافي.

حياتها بين القسوة والنجومية

ولدت شجون أو «شوجي» بلا أوراق تثبت نسبها، وعاشت في دار رعاية أيتام ثم تبنتها عائلة كويتية لكنها عادت إلى الدار في عمر 13 عامًا حيث بدأت مسيرتها الفنية في سن مبكرة تحديدا في السادسة من عمرها.

برزت منذ أن كانت في السادسة من عمرها كمقدمة برامج أطفال، قبل أن تشق طريقها الفني الحقيقي عام 2002 في مسلسل «ثمن عمري»، غير أن المسلسل الأشد قسوة لم يكن على الشاشة، بل كانت حلقاته قد بدأت في حياتها الخاصة التي عاشت فصولها خلف أبواب دور الرعاية.

فحين كانت تبلغ الثالثة عشرة عادت فجأة إلى دار الأيتام التي خرجت منها وهي طفلة.

تقول إنها عرفت الحقيقة مبكراً، وقررت أن تتماسك، إلا أن أعوام ما بعد هذا الاكتشاف لم تكن سهلة، بل امتلأت بانكسارات متتالية، أولها خطوبتها من مدير أعمالها التي انتهت فجأة بعد أن اكتشفت زواجه من أخرى دون علمها، مروراً بتعليقات قاسية في الوسط الفني، وكواليس لا ترحم، ومحيط لا يغفر لها نسباً لم تختَره، وصولا إلى تورطها في عالم الإدمان.

The Criminal Court in Kuwait has ordered the artist ⁧‫Shجون‬⁩ Al-Hajri to be placed in a rehabilitation center for treatment of addiction for a period not exceeding one year.

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced last June the arrest of the famous artist while she was in possession of narcotic substances and psychoactive substances, and published a photo of the accused alongside the seized items.

Widespread Outcry on Social Media

The arrest of the Kuwaiti artist Shجون Al-Hajri has sparked widespread outcry in media circles and on social media.

The arrest operation was part of a large security campaign carried out by the General Department for Drug Control in Kuwait, which confirmed in its statement that it had monitored the accused after thorough investigations and apprehended her while in possession of substances including "marijuana" and "cocaine," along with psychoactive substances.

Release on Bail of 200 Dinars

Days after her arrest, the Public Prosecution in the State of Kuwait decided to release Al-Hajri on a financial bail of 200 dinars and ordered her to be placed under medical supervision for treatment and recovery.

Her Life Between Hardship and Stardom

Shجون, or "Shouji," was born without any documents proving her lineage and lived in an orphanage before being adopted by a Kuwaiti family, but she returned to the orphanage at the age of 13, where she began her artistic career at a young age, specifically at the age of six.

She emerged as a children's program presenter since she was six years old, before carving her true artistic path in 2002 in the series "Thaman Omri." However, the harshest series was not on screen; rather, its episodes began in her personal life, which she lived behind the doors of care homes.

When she was thirteen, she suddenly returned to the orphanage from which she had left as a child.

She says she learned the truth early on and decided to hold herself together, but the years following this discovery were not easy; they were filled with successive heartbreaks, the first being her engagement to her manager, which ended abruptly after she discovered his marriage to another woman without her knowledge, along with harsh comments in the artistic community, ruthless behind-the-scenes situations, and an environment that did not forgive her for a lineage she did not choose, culminating in her involvement in the world of addiction.
