كشفت الفنانة المصرية آيتن عامر تعرضها لموقف غير متوقع من منتج صديق لها، خلال تصوير أحد الأعمال الدرامية في موسم رمضان.

وقالت أيتن خلال لقائها في برنامج صاحبة السعادة، تقديم النجمة إسعاد يونس، في موسم رمضان «من كام سنة عرض علي منتج كان صديقي أن أعمل معاه في مسلسل شغال عليه، وأنا في حاجتين دائما بكون حريصة عليهما في أي عقد أوقعه لعمل فني، أول حاجة إلغاء شرط التفرغ، بحيث يكون لي الحرية المطلقة في المشاركة بأكثر من عمل في موسم واحد».

وأضافت: «الحاجة التانية اسمي يكون في مكانة معينة على التتر، والمنتج قال لي خلاص احنا صحاب واشتغلنا مع بعض قبل كده، وأنا عارف إنك هتشتغلي في مسلسل ثاني مش لازم تلغي شرط التفرغ، وبعد كده تفاجأت أنه رفع قضية في المحكمة وطلب مني أدفع تعويض 2 مليون دولار عشان شاركت في مسلسل ثاني، والقضية دي كسبتها من كام يوم، بعد 5 سنوات من النزاع في المحاكم».

The Egyptian artist Aiten Amer revealed that she faced an unexpected situation from a producer who is a friend of hers while filming one of the drama works during the Ramadan season.

Aiten said during her appearance on the program "Sahibat Al-Saada," hosted by the star Esaad Younes, in the Ramadan season, "A few years ago, a producer who was my friend offered me to work with him on a series he was working on, and there are two things I always make sure of in any contract I sign for an artistic work. The first thing is the cancellation of the exclusivity clause, so that I have the absolute freedom to participate in more than one work in one season."

She added, "The second thing is that my name should be in a certain position on the credits. The producer told me, 'We're friends, and we've worked together before, and I know you're going to work on another series, so there's no need to cancel the exclusivity clause.' Then I was surprised when he filed a lawsuit in court and demanded that I pay a compensation of 2 million dollars because I participated in another series. I won that case a few days ago, after 5 years of litigation in the courts."
