احتفت شركة «NHC» بتخريج 500 متدرب ومتدربة من الدفعة الخامسة لبرنامج واعد لتطوير حديثي التخرج، أحد برامجها الإستراتيجية الهادفة إلى تنمية الكفاءات الوطنية الشابة وتأهيلها لسوق العمل باحترافية عالية، بحضور وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، ووزير التعليم يوسف بن عبدالله البنيان، والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة «NHC» محمد بن صالح البطي.

وجاءت هذه الدفعة امتداداً لمسيرة البرنامج منذ إطلاقه، إذ شهد برنامج واعد تدرجاً تصاعدياً في أعداد المتدربين، بدءاً من 30 متدرباً في عام 2021، وصولاً إلى 500 متدرب في عام 2025، في تأكيد على التزام «NHC» بتأهيل الجيل القادم من الكوادر السعودية وفق رؤية طويلة المدى.

ويستهدف البرنامج تدريب حديثي التخرج من حملة البكالوريوس والماجستير، عبر تجربة تدريبية عملية داخل بيئات العمل الفعلية في «NHC» وشركاتها التابعة، في مسارات متعددة منها المسار الهندسي، مسار العمارة، مسار الأعمال، المسار الرقمي، المسار التجاري، المسار المالي، والمسار القانوني والمراجعة الداخلية، وفق خطة تتيح للمتدربين التعلم التطبيقي، والعمل الجماعي، واكتساب المهارات المهنية والسلوكية، بما يلبي حاجات قطاع التطوير العقاري وسوق العمل السعودي.

كما يأتي تخريج هذه الدفعة ضمن إطار تكاملي يهدف إلى تمكين المتدربين من الانخراط المباشر في سوق العمل بقطاع التطوير العقاري ومنظومة «NHC»، إذ تم إعداد وتأهيل الخريجين ليكونوا جاهزين للتوظيف في مشاريع التطوير العقاري المختلفة، مع إتاحة فرص توظيف لهم لدى أكثر من 20 مطوراً عقارياً وشركات وموردين في منظومة القطاع، بما يعزز الربط بين مخرجات البرنامج وحاجات السوق، ويدعم بناء منظومة مستدامة للكفاءات الوطنية في قطاع التطوير العقاري.

وخلال فترة التدريب، قدّم البرنامج أكثر من 65 دورة تدريبية بإجمالي 46800 ساعة تدريبية، شملت برامج عامة وتخصصية، إلى جانب تنفيذ «ديزايناثون واعد»، الذي نتج عنه 53 مشروعاً ابتكارياً عالجت تحديات واقعية في 5 محاور رئيسة شملت التحول الرقمي، التواصل والمشاركة المجتمعية، الاستدامة، الهندسة، والبنية التحتية والابتكار العمراني، إضافةً إلى تنظيم 72 ورشة عمل داعمة لمشاريع الابتكار، إذ كرمت «NHC» الفرق الفائزة خلال حفل اختتام البرنامج، كما شهد الحفل تكريم عدة شركاء للبرنامج، تقديراً لمساهمتهم في تمكين المتدربين من اكتساب الخبرات العملية والتجارب المهنية داخل القطاع العقاري.

NHC Company celebrated the graduation of 500 male and female trainees from the fifth batch of the Waed program for developing recent graduates, one of its strategic programs aimed at developing young national competencies and preparing them for the labor market with high professionalism. The event was attended by the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail, the Minister of Education, Youssef bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan, and the CEO of NHC, Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti.

This batch continues the program's journey since its launch, as the Waed program has seen a progressive increase in the number of trainees, starting from 30 trainees in 2021, reaching 500 trainees in 2025, confirming NHC's commitment to qualifying the next generation of Saudi talents according to a long-term vision.

The program targets training recent graduates holding bachelor's and master's degrees through practical training experiences within actual work environments at NHC and its affiliated companies, across multiple tracks including engineering, architecture, business, digital, commercial, financial, legal, and internal auditing, according to a plan that allows trainees to engage in applied learning, teamwork, and acquire professional and behavioral skills, meeting the needs of the real estate development sector and the Saudi labor market.

The graduation of this batch also comes within a complementary framework aimed at enabling trainees to directly engage in the labor market within the real estate development sector and the NHC ecosystem. Graduates have been prepared and qualified to be ready for employment in various real estate development projects, with job opportunities available to them at over 20 real estate developers and companies and suppliers within the sector, enhancing the connection between the program's outputs and market needs, and supporting the establishment of a sustainable ecosystem for national competencies in the real estate development sector.

During the training period, the program offered more than 65 training courses totaling 46,800 training hours, which included general and specialized programs, in addition to executing the "Waed Designathon," which resulted in 53 innovative projects addressing real challenges across 5 main themes including digital transformation, community engagement and participation, sustainability, engineering, and urban innovation and infrastructure. Additionally, 72 supportive workshops for innovation projects were organized. NHC honored the winning teams during the program's closing ceremony and recognized several partners of the program in appreciation of their contributions to enabling trainees to gain practical experience and professional exposure within the real estate sector.
