أصدرت محكمة جنايات الجيزة المنعقدة بشبرا الخيمة، حكماً نهائياً بالسجن المشدد لمدة عام على لاعب كرة القدم بنادي بيراميدز رمضان صبحي،على خلفية القضية المتهم فيها بتزوير محرر رسمي بأحد معاهد السياحة والفنادق، في منطقة أبو النمرس بالجيزة.
وقررت المحكمة سجن المتهم الأول في القضية 10 أعوام مع تبرئة المتهم الرابع.
نفى علاقته بالتزوير
وحضر رمضان صبحي إلى مقر المحكمة، داخل سيارة ترحيلات الشرطة، عقب ترحيله من قسم شرطة أبو النمرس، وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة فرضتها الأجهزة الأمنية بمحيط المحكمة.
وخلال الجلسات الماضية، استمعت هيئة المحكمة إلى دفوع الدفاع، التي تمحورت حول انتفاء القصد الجنائي وغياب أركان الجريمة، وانقطاع صلة المتهم بالواقعة، فضلًا عن الطعن على جدية التحريات وعدم كفاية أقوال الشهود لإسناد الاتهام.
كما ناقشت المحكمة الأحراز والمستندات المضبوطة، وآلية تحرير كراسات الإجابة وكشوف الحضور والانصراف الخاصة بالمعهد محل الواقعة، واطلعت على أقوال المتهمين، بينهم رمضان صبحي، إضافة إلى مناقشة أقوال متهم رابع هارب.
وخلال استجوابه، نفى لاعب بيراميدز جملةً وتفصيلًا أي علاقة له بواقعة التزوير، مؤكدًا عدم علمه بالواقعة، أو توقيعه على أي مستندات تخص الامتحانات، مشيرًا إلى أن اسمه أُدرج في القضية دون سند قانوني يربطه بها.
The Giza Criminal Court, convened in Shubra El Kheima, issued a final ruling of rigorous imprisonment for one year against the football player of Pyramids FC, Ramadan Sobhi, in connection with the case in which he is accused of forging an official document at one of the tourism and hotel institutes in the Abu Nomros area of Giza.
The court decided to imprison the first defendant in the case for 10 years while acquitting the fourth defendant.
Denied his involvement in the forgery
Ramadan Sobhi arrived at the court premises in a police transport vehicle, after being transferred from the Abu Nomros police station, amid strict security measures imposed by the security forces around the court.
During the previous sessions, the court listened to the defense's arguments, which revolved around the absence of criminal intent, the lack of elements of the crime, and the disconnection of the defendant from the incident, in addition to challenging the seriousness of the investigations and the insufficiency of witness statements to support the accusation.
The court also discussed the seized evidence and documents, the mechanism for preparing answer sheets and attendance and departure records related to the institute in question, and reviewed the statements of the defendants, including Ramadan Sobhi, as well as discussing the statements of a fourth defendant who is at large.
During his interrogation, the Pyramids player categorically denied any connection to the forgery incident, asserting that he was unaware of the incident or of signing any documents related to the exams, indicating that his name was included in the case without any legal basis linking him to it.
