أصدر الفنان المغربي سعد لمجرد أول تعليق رسمي له بعد إعلان تأجيل جلسة محاكمته في باريس، والمتعلقة باتهامه باغتصاب نادلة فرنسية، موضحًا موقفه ومؤكدًا تمسكه ببراءته.

أسباب التأجيل

وقال سعد لمجرد في بيانه عبر حسابه الرسمي بمنصة «إنستغرام» إنه تلقى إخطارًا رسميًا بقرار التأجيل بسبب الحالة الصحية لرئيسة المحكمة، معرباً عن أسفه لاستمرار تأجيل الفصل النهائي في القضية لعدة أشهر أخرى، رغم أن النيابة العامة طالبت منذ أكثر من أربع سنوات ونصف قرار عدم الملاحقة.

سعد لمجرد يواصل الدفاع عن براءته

كما أكد سعد لمجرد في البيان أنه يركز على القضيتين المطروحتين أمام القضاء فقط، ويصر على براءته منذ تسع سنوات، معربًا عن أمله في أن يتم تحقيق العدالة في أقرب وقت ممكن، بعيدًا عن أي ترويج للشائعات.

الملف الثاني والتحقيقات المستمرة

وأشار البيان أيضًا إلى أن الملف الثاني الخاص بباريس، والذي يتعلق بمحاولة ابتزاز من قبل المدعية، سيُنظر أمام محكمة كريتاي خلال عام 2026، وقد تم تأجيل الجلسة أيضًا.

تأجيلات سابقة

يذكر أن هذا ليس التأجيل الأول لمحاكمة سعد لمجرد، إذ شهدت القضية سابقًا تأجيل جلسة استئناف في يونيو أمام محكمة كريتاي بباريس، ويأتي ذلك بعد أن أصدرت محكمة الجنايات حكمًا أوليًا بإدانته بتهمة اغتصاب شابة تعرف عليها في ملهى ليلي وضربها في أحد فنادق باريس عام 2016.

Reasons for the Postponement

Saad Lamjarred stated in his statement via his official account on the "Instagram" platform that he received an official notification about the postponement decision due to the health condition of the presiding judge, expressing his regret for the continued postponement of the final ruling in the case for several more months, despite the public prosecution having requested a decision of non-prosecution more than four and a half years ago.

Saad Lamjarred Continues to Defend His Innocence

Saad Lamjarred also confirmed in the statement that he is focusing only on the two cases presented before the judiciary, insisting on his innocence for the past nine years, expressing hope that justice will be achieved as soon as possible, away from any promotion of rumors.

The Second Case and Ongoing Investigations

The statement also indicated that the second case related to Paris, which concerns an attempted blackmail by the plaintiff, will be heard before the Créteil Court in 2026, and the session has also been postponed.

Previous Postponements

It is worth mentioning that this is not the first postponement of Saad Lamjarred's trial, as the case previously witnessed a postponement of an appeal session in June before the Créteil Court in Paris, following an initial ruling by the criminal court convicting him of raping a young woman he met in a nightclub and assaulting her in a hotel in Paris in 2016.
