وزير الاقتصاد: اعتمادية الحراك الاقتصادي على النفط تراجعت إلى 68% - وضوح نيوز

كشف وزير الاقتصاد والتخطيط فيصل الإبراهيم أن اعتمادية الحراك الاقتصادي على النفط انخفضت من 90% إلى 68%، وذلك فيما يخص مصادر النمو وليس الإيرادات، مما أدى إلى نمو الأنشطة غير النفطية إلى مستوى قياسي عند 56% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي.

وأضاف الوزير في جلسة ضمن ملتقى الميزانية 2026 اليوم (الأربعاء)، أن عدد الأنشطة غير النفطية التي حققت نمواً سنوياً بنسبة أكبر من 5% خلال الأعوام الخمسة الماضية بلغ 74 نشاطاً من أصل 81 نشاطاً، فيما حقق 37 نشاطاً نسبة نمو أكبر من 10% خلال الفترة نفسها.

وبين أن النمو التراكمي للاقتصاد غير النفطي بلغ ما يزيد على 30% منذ 2016، وهو ما يزيد على معدل الاقتصادات المتقدمة التي نمت بمعدل 20% في الفترة نفسها.

وأشار إلى أنه يتم الانتقال الآن من الإنجاز بأي تكلفة إلى مرحلة الإنجاز بالتكلفة الصحيحة والتركيز على تعظيم الأثر الاقتصادي.

وذكر أن هناك فرصة خلال السنوات الخمس القادمة أن نبني على النجاح المحقق وأن يتم التعجيل في تعزيز هيكل الاقتصاد.

وأضاف أن القطاع الخاص نمت مشاركته من 38% إلى 50%، مشيراً إلى وجود فرصة حالياً لزيادة مساهمة القطاع الخاص.

وبين أنه من المهم فتح المجال أمام القطاع الخاص ووضوح الفرص على المدى القريب والبعيد، ليستطيع القطاع أن يخطط وأن يُوطّـن وأن يخلق وظائف ذات جودة عالية ويُقلل التكلفة.

وأشار إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي سيكون المسرع الأكبر لنمو الأنشطة غير النفطية في السنوات القادمة.

The Minister of Economy and Planning, Faisal Al-Ibrahim, revealed that the reliance of the economic movement on oil has decreased from 90% to 68%, concerning sources of growth rather than revenues, which has led to non-oil activities growing to a record level of 56% of real GDP.

The minister added in a session during the 2026 Budget Forum today (Wednesday) that the number of non-oil activities that achieved an annual growth rate of more than 5% over the past five years reached 74 out of 81 activities, while 37 activities achieved a growth rate of over 10% during the same period.

He indicated that the cumulative growth of the non-oil economy has exceeded 30% since 2016, which is higher than the growth rate of advanced economies that grew by 20% during the same period.

He pointed out that there is now a transition from achieving results at any cost to a phase of achieving results at the right cost and focusing on maximizing economic impact.

He mentioned that there is an opportunity over the next five years to build on the achieved success and to accelerate the enhancement of the economic structure.

He added that the private sector's participation has grown from 38% to 50%, noting that there is currently an opportunity to increase the contribution of the private sector.

He emphasized the importance of opening the field for the private sector and clarifying opportunities in the short and long term, so that the sector can plan, localize, create high-quality jobs, and reduce costs.

He pointed out that artificial intelligence will be the biggest accelerator for the growth of non-oil activities in the coming years.
