«بنر الديربي» يغرم الاتحاد 200 ألف - وضوح نيوز

أصدرت لجنة الانضباط والأخلاق بالاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم اليوم عددًا من القرارات الانضباطية بحق أندية الاتحاد والبيرق وعرعر ونجران.

وأقرت اللجنة تغريم نادي الاتحاد مبلغ (200) ألف ريال، وإلزامه بلعب مباراته المقبلة على أرضه في الدوري السعودي للمحترفين (دوري روشن) دون حضور الجمهور، على أن يتم تعليق عقوبة اللعب دون الجمهور لمدة 4 أشهر، وذلك على خلفية مخالفة جماهيره للمادة (72) من لائحة الانضباط والأخلاق خلال مواجهة الأهلي، وقيام العديد من الجماهير بإدخال لافتة تضمنت عبارات مخالفة للائحة الانضباط والأخلاق إلى مدرجات ملعب المباراة، وفقاً لما ورد في تقرير مراقب المباراة والتقارير الواردة من الجهات الرسمية، وجلسة الاستماع مع الأطراف ذوي العلاقة بخصوص الواقعة.

كما غرّمت اللجنة نادي البيرق (10) آلاف ريال، ومنحته مهلة (30) يومًا لتنفيذ قرار غرفة فض المنازعات الصادر لصالح المدرب زكي عبدالله أبو عباة، مع التحذير بتطبيق عقوبات أشد في حال عدم التنفيذ.

وألزمت اللجنة نادي عرعر بدفع غرامة مالية قدرها (10) آلاف ريال، ومنحته مهلة (30) يومًا لتنفيذ قرار غرفة فض المنازعات الصادر لصالح اللاعب أسامة بن محمد الرويلي، مع التحذير بعقوبات تصل إلى خصم النقاط أو الهبوط في حال الاستمرار بعدم التنفيذ.

كما أصدرت اللجنة قرارًا بتغريم نادي نجران (20) ألف ريال، ومنحه مهلة (30) يومًا لتنفيذ حكم التحكيم الصادر من مركز التحكيم الرياضي السعودي لصالح اللاعب إبراهيم بن أحمد عقيل، مع التحذير بتطبيق العقوبات المنصوص عليها نظامًا في حال عدم الالتزام.

The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Federation issued several disciplinary decisions today against the clubs of Al-Ittihad, Al-Birq, Arar, and Najran.

The committee decided to fine Al-Ittihad Club an amount of (200) thousand riyals and required it to play its next match at home in the Saudi Professional League (Roshen League) without the presence of fans, with the suspension of the penalty for playing without fans for 4 months. This decision comes in light of its fans violating Article (72) of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations during the match against Al-Ahli, where many fans brought in a banner containing phrases that violated the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations into the stands of the match stadium, according to the report from the match observer and the reports from the official authorities, as well as the hearing session with the parties involved regarding the incident.

The committee also fined Al-Birq Club (10) thousand riyals and granted it a period of (30) days to implement the decision of the Dispute Resolution Chamber issued in favor of coach Zaki Abdullah Abu Abah, with a warning of harsher penalties if not implemented.

The committee obligated Arar Club to pay a financial fine of (10) thousand riyals and granted it a period of (30) days to implement the decision of the Dispute Resolution Chamber issued in favor of player Osama bin Mohammed Al-Ruwaili, with a warning of penalties that could include point deductions or relegation if non-compliance continues.

The committee also issued a decision to fine Najran Club (20) thousand riyals and granted it a period of (30) days to implement the arbitration ruling issued by the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center in favor of player Ibrahim bin Ahmed Aqeel, with a warning of applying the penalties stipulated by law in case of non-compliance.
