الوليد بن طلال بات قريباً من تملّك الهلال - وضوح نيوز

علمت «عكاظ» من مصادرها، أن الأمير الوليد بن طلال بات قريباً من تملك 75% من نادي الهلال مقابل مبلغ يفوق المليار ريال، على أن تحسم الأمور خلال الاجتماعات القادمة بين الأطراف المعنية بهذا الملف، بعد التوصل لاتفاق نهائي على النسبة والمقابل المالي.

وكان ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، أطلق في 5 يونيو 2023، مشروع الاستثمار والتخصيص للأندية الرياضية، بعد اكتمال الإجراءات التنفيذية للمرحلة الأولى، تحقيقاً لمستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في القطاع الرياضي، الهادفة إلى بناء قطاع رياضي فعال، من خلال تحفيز القطاع الخاص وتمكينه للمساهمة في تنمية القطاع الرياضي، بما يحقق التميز المنشود للمنتخبات الوطنية والأندية الرياضية والممارسين على الأصعدة كافة، ونقل الأندية وتخصيصها بشكل عام لتحقيق قفزات نوعية بمختلف الرياضات في المملكة بحلول عام 2030، لصناعة جيل مميز رياضياً على الصعيدين الإقليمي والعالمي، إضافة إلى تطوير لعبة كرة القدم ومنافساتها بصورة خاصة، للوصول بالدوري السعودي إلى قائمة أفضل 10 دوريات في العالم، وزيادة إيرادات رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين من 450 مليون ريال إلى أكثر من 1.8 مليار ريال سنوياً، إلى جانب رفع القيمة السوقية للدوري السعودي للمحترفين من 3 مليارات إلى أكثر من 8 مليارات ريال.

يذكر أن وزارة الرياضة أعلنت في يوليو الماضي، وبالتعاون مع المركز الوطني للتخصيص، تخصيص أول 3 أندية رياضية سعودية، عبر الطرح العام، وهي أندية: الأنصار، والخلود، والزلفي، وانتقال ملكيتها إلى جهات استثمارية، وذلك بعد أن تم الإعلان في أغسطس من عام 2024م عن طرح 6 أندية للتخصيص، هي: الأنصار، والأخدود، والخلود، والزلفي، والعروبة، والنهضة، ضمن المسار الثاني لمشروع الاستثمار والتخصيص للأندية الرياضية، بعد استكمالها الإجراءات النظامية، وقيام المركز الوطني للتخصيص بالإجراءات اللازمة لتأسيس شركات الأندية، لنقل ملكيتها للملاك الجدد.

On June 5, 2023, Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz launched the investment and privatization project for sports clubs, following the completion of the executive procedures for the first phase. This aims to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in the sports sector, which seeks to build an effective sports sector by stimulating the private sector and enabling it to contribute to the development of the sports sector, thereby achieving the desired excellence for national teams, sports clubs, and practitioners at all levels. The project aims to transfer and privatize clubs in general to achieve qualitative leaps in various sports in the Kingdom by 2030, creating a distinguished sports generation on both regional and global levels, in addition to developing football and its competitions in particular, to elevate the Saudi league to the list of the top 10 leagues in the world, and to increase the revenues of the Saudi Professional League from 450 million riyals to over 1.8 billion riyals annually, as well as raising the market value of the Saudi Professional League from 3 billion to over 8 billion riyals.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Sports announced last July, in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization, the privatization of the first three Saudi sports clubs through a public offering, which are: Al Ansar, Al Khulood, and Al Zulfi, transferring their ownership to investment entities. This came after the announcement in August 2024 about the offering of 6 clubs for privatization, which are: Al Ansar, Al Akhdood, Al Khulood, Al Zulfi, Al Urooba, and Al Nahda, as part of the second track of the investment and privatization project for sports clubs, after completing the regulatory procedures and the National Center for Privatization undertaking the necessary actions to establish club companies, to transfer ownership to the new owners.
