«إرث العقارية» تشارك بصفتها الراعي الماسي في مؤتمر سلاسل الإمداد 2025 وتعرض مشروع «مجمَّع سويفت اللوجستي» - وضوح نيوز

تستعدُّ شركة «إرث العقارية» إحدى شركات مجموعة عبدالله سليمان الراجحي القابضة (آساق) للمشاركة بصفتها الراعي الماسي في مؤتمر سلاسل الإمداد 2025، الذي سيُقام في الرياض بفندق هيلتون يومَي 15 و16 ديسمبر 2025، وستستعرض مشروعها المتكامل «مجمّع سويفت اللوجستي (SWFT Logistics Hub)»، الذي يُعدُّ من أبرز المشاريع اللوجستية في الخمرة جنوب مدينة جدة.

وتهدف المشاركة إلى تعريف الزوَّار والمشاركين بالمشروع، وما يُقدِّمه من حلولٍ وخدماتٍ لوجستيةٍ شاملة. كما ستوقِّع «إرث» مجموعة اتفاقيات مع العديد من العملاء المميزين، وذلك لتخصيص مساحات تتجاوز 300,000 متر مربع.

ويستند المشروع إلى مجموعةٍ من المزايا التنافسية، أبرزها المساحة الضخمة، وشمولية الخدمات والمرافق، إضافةً إلى مرونة التأجير لجميع شرائح الشركات الراغبة في الحصول على مستودعاتٍ بمساحاتٍ تبدأ من 400 متر مربع، وتصل إلى 100,000 متر مربع؛ حيث يتمُّ تطويره على مساحة أرضٍ تبلغ مليونَي متر مربع، ومسطحات تأجيرية تزيد على 1,200,000 متر مربع.

يتمتّع المشروع بموقع استراتيجي متميز في مدينة جدة، داخل المنطقة الصناعية، ضمن نطاق يربط بين المدن الصناعية الثلاث وميناء جدة الإسلامي، الذي يبعد نحو 20 كم، مما يعزز كفاءة الحركة اللوجستية ويقلل زمن التوريد، إلى جانب تسهيل التنقل والوصول إلى مختلف الجهات داخل المدينة وخارجها. كما يتيح قربه من مطار الملك عبدالعزيز الدولي في دعم جاهزية المشروع لخدمة كافة أنواع العمليات اللوجستية بكفاءة عالية.

ويُقدِّم المجمَّع خدمات تشغيل وإدارةٍ ذاتيةٍ عبر مكتبٍ متخصِّص يضمُّ فريقاً متكاملاً لإدارة التشغيل، والتأجير والعناية بالعملاء، إضافة إلى خدماتٍ لوجستيةٍ متنوعة، كما تتوافر خدمات أمن وسلامة متكاملة، تشمل نظام كاميرات مراقبة على مدار الساعة، وحراسة على المداخل، وغرفة تحكُّم رئيسية، وسيارات أمن جوالة، ويُتيح المشروع مساحاتٍ متنوعةً تتناسب مع مختلف المجالات، مدعومة ببنيةٍ تحتيةٍ متكاملةٍ، وخدمة التحكُّم بالدخول بأعلى مستويات الكفاءة، وخدمات الدفاع المدني والإسعافات الأولية، وسيارات إطفاء وإنقاذ، ومستوصف متخصّص للإسعافات الأولية.
