نفى الفنان المصري أحمد فلوكس الشائعات حول إقامته أو عمله في السعودية، مؤكداً أن وجوده في السعودية كان فقط لأداء مناسك العمرة، معبراً عن احترامه وتقديره لشعب المملكة.
وشدد فلوكس في بيان صحفي على اعتزازه بالدول العربية، لكنه يعتبر مصر مركز عمله وموطن نجاحه، مؤكداً أنه لن ينتقل للعمل خارجها، وأن لديه مشاريعه الخاصة وفرصاً في بلده.
سبب اعتذاره عن الأعمال الفنية
وأوضح فلوكس أنه تُعرض عليه أعمال فنية باستمرار، لكنه يعتذر عما لا يناسبه، مشيراً إلى رفضه أخيراً مسلسل «أنا وهو وهما»، كاشفاً بأن السبب يرجع لظروف سفره، معرباً عن شوقه للجمهور في انتظار العمل المناسب.
ودعا أحمد فلوكس جمهوره لتحري الدقة في ما يتم نشره، موجهاً الشكر للتعليقات الإيجابية التي جاءته بعد نشر صورته مع والده الفنان القدير فاروق فلوكس خلال أدائهما مناسك العمرة.
وكان آخر أعمال فلوكس فيلم «الممر»، الذي عُرض في 2019، وجمع العمل في بطولته أحمد عز، وأحمد رزق، وإياد نصار، ومحمد فراج، وأحمد صلاح حسني، ومحمد الشرنوبي، ومحمد جمعة، ومحمود حافظ، وأمير صلاح الدين، وأسماء أبو اليزيد، وعدداً من ضيوف الشرف أبرزهم هند صبري، وشريف منير، وإنعام سالوسة، وحجاج عبدالعظيم، وغيرهم.
The Egyptian artist Ahmed Flokes denied the rumors about his residence or work in Saudi Arabia, confirming that his presence in Saudi Arabia was only to perform Umrah, expressing his respect and appreciation for the people of the Kingdom.
Flokes emphasized in a press statement his pride in Arab countries, but he considers Egypt to be the center of his work and the home of his success, affirming that he will not move to work outside of it, and that he has his own projects and opportunities in his country.
Reason for his apology regarding artistic works
Flokes explained that he is continuously offered artistic works, but he declines those that do not suit him, pointing out his recent rejection of the series "Ana w Huwa w Huma," revealing that the reason is due to his travel circumstances, expressing his eagerness for the audience while waiting for the suitable work.
Ahmed Flokes called on his audience to verify the accuracy of what is published, thanking them for the positive comments he received after posting a picture with his father, the esteemed artist Farouk Flokes, during their performance of Umrah.
Flokes' latest work was the film "Al-Mamar," which was released in 2019, featuring a cast that included Ahmed Ezz, Ahmed Rizk, Iyad Nassar, Mohamed Farag, Ahmed Salah Hosny, Mohamed Sharnoubi, Mohamed Gomaa, Mahmoud Hafez, Amir Salah El-Din, Asma Abu El-Yazid, and several guest stars, most notably Hend Sabry, Sherif Mounir, Enam Salousa, Haggag Abdel Azim, and others.
