وقال زين العابدين في تصريح خاص لـ«عكاظ»، إن تحضيرات المسلسل استغرقت وقتاً طويلاً، نظراً للحرص على العمل على أدق التفاصيل، بدءاً من النص وحتى الصورة والأداء، مشيراً إلى أن التحدي الأصعب كان تحقيق توازن دقيق بين البعد الإنساني والواقعي، مع الحفاظ على مستوى فني رفيع.
حسم الجدل حول الجزء الثاني
ونفى المخرج وجود أي نية لتقديم جزء ثانٍ من مسلسل «على رشم»، مؤكداً أن قوة العمل تكمن في كونه تجربة متكاملة ومكتملة دون الحاجة إلى التمديد أو الاستمرار بأجزاء لاحقة.
مشاريع فنية جديدة
وكشف زين العابدين عن استعداده لتقديم عملين جديدين قيد التحضير حالياً، موضحاً أن كل مشروع يحمل طابعاً مختلفاً وتجربة جديدة، على أن يتم الإعلان عن تفاصيلهما خلال الفترة القادمة.

Zain Al-Abidin stated in a special interview with "Okaz" that the preparations for the series took a long time, due to the emphasis on working on the finest details, from the script to the visuals and performance, noting that the toughest challenge was achieving a delicate balance between the human and realistic dimensions while maintaining a high artistic level.
Resolving the Debate About the Second Season
The director denied any intention to present a second season of the series "Ala Rashm," confirming that the strength of the work lies in it being a complete and integrated experience without the need for extension or continuation in subsequent parts.
