أكد نائب وزير العدل الدكتور نجم الزيد أن منصة «ناجز» أصبحت أحد أبرز نماذج التحول الرقمي في القطاع العدلي، بعد أن حققت نقلة نوعية في تسريع الخدمات وتسهيل الوصول إليها، مشيرًا إلى أنها تمثل نتيجة عمل تشاركي بين وزارة العدل والجهات الحكومية، ضمن مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 وبرنامج التحول الوطني.

وأوضح الزيد خلال مشاركته في ملتقى الميزانية 2026 في جلسة بعنوان «التحول الرقمي في الخدمات العدلية» أن المنصة تخدم سنويًا أكثر من 8.5 مليون مستفيد، وقدمت ما يتجاوز 21 مليون خدمة رقمية في أكثر من 100 دولة حول العالم، مما يعكس انتشارها الواسع وقدرتها على خدمة المواطنين والمقيمين ومراجعي الوزارة في الداخل والخارج.

وأشار إلى أن «ناجز» أسهمت في تعزيز رضا المستفيدين بشكل ملحوظ؛ إذ ارتفعت نسبة الرضا من 91% عام 2024 إلى 95% خلال العام الحالي على المستوى التشغيلي، بما يعكس جودة الخدمات وكفاءة التجربة الرقمية وسهولة استخدامها.

وبيّن نائب وزير العدل أن التحول الرقمي في المنظومة العدلية انعكس مباشرة على كفاءة إنجاز القضايا، حيث خفضت «ناجز» مدة الإنجاز بنسبة 86% عبر أتمتة العديد من الإجراءات، وتقليل التعقيد في التعاملات، وتيسير الوصول إلى الخدمات العدلية عن بُعد.

وأكد الزيد استمرار الوزارة في تطوير خدماتها عبر الاستثمار في الكفاءات الوطنية، وتوظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحسين بيئة العمل، ورفع جودة الخدمات، وتعزيز التجربة الرقمية للمستفيدين في مختلف مناطق المملكة.

The Deputy Minister of Justice, Dr. Najm Al-Zaid, confirmed that the "Najiz" platform has become one of the most prominent models of digital transformation in the judicial sector, after achieving a qualitative leap in accelerating services and facilitating access to them, noting that it represents the result of collaborative work between the Ministry of Justice and government entities, within the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program.

Al-Zaid explained during his participation in the 2026 Budget Forum in a session titled "Digital Transformation in Judicial Services" that the platform serves more than 8.5 million beneficiaries annually and has provided over 21 million digital services in more than 100 countries around the world, reflecting its wide reach and ability to serve citizens, residents, and ministry reviewers both domestically and abroad.

He pointed out that "Najiz" has significantly contributed to enhancing beneficiary satisfaction; the satisfaction rate increased from 91% in 2024 to 95% this year at the operational level, reflecting the quality of services, the efficiency of the digital experience, and ease of use.

The Deputy Minister of Justice indicated that the digital transformation in the judicial system has directly reflected on the efficiency of case processing, as "Najiz" has reduced the processing time by 86% through the automation of many procedures, reducing complexity in transactions, and facilitating access to judicial services remotely.

Al-Zaid confirmed the ministry's continued efforts to develop its services by investing in national competencies and employing artificial intelligence tools to improve the work environment, enhance service quality, and strengthen the digital experience for beneficiaries across various regions of the Kingdom.
